Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility


Products purchased from us are eligible for return under the following conditions:


  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product is incomplete (missing parts or accessories)
  • The product is different from what was ordered
  • (Optional) “Change of Mind” may be applicable for selected categories



2. Return Timeframe


  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product
  • For some products, the return period may be extended up to 14 days



3. Return Conditions


To qualify for a return, the product must:


  • Be completely unused
  • Be returned with original packaging
  • Include all tags, boxes, accessories, and invoice
  • Not be damaged or used by the customer



4. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or discounted items



5. Return Process


  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or Website
  2. Provide your order number and issue details
  3. Our team will review and approve your return request
  4. Send the product back via courier or arrange pickup



6. Refund Policy


Refunds will be issued in the following cases:


  • After successful return verification
  • If the order is cancelled
  • If delivery fails



7. Refund Method


Refunds will be provided through:


  • bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
  • Or the original payment method


⏱️ Refund Time: 5–10 business days



8. Exchange Policy


  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes (subject to stock availability)
  • Exchange follows the same conditions as returns



9. Important Notes


  • Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery
  • Keeping an unboxing video is highly recommended
  • Returns may be rejected if incorrect information is provided
  • If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
  • If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
