Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
Products purchased from us are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is incomplete (missing parts or accessories)
- The product is different from what was ordered
- (Optional) “Change of Mind” may be applicable for selected categories

9. Important Notes
- Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery
- Keeping an unboxing video is highly recommended
- Returns may be rejected if incorrect information is provided
- If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
